Mr. Gayner has over 20 years of experience as an accident reconstruction and restraint systems expert; including more than 1000 cases analyzed for attorneys throughout California and the United States. He has testified as an expert witness more than 150 times. Mr. Gayner holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara (1988). He established his career in the Santa Barbara area and earned a widespread reputation as a highly respected traffic accident reconstruction expert. Mr. Gayner moved his business practice, Expert Reconstruction Company, to San Luis Obispo in 2007.
