San Luis Obispo County District Attorney Economic Crime Unit Program

The Consumer Advisor mediates to resolve disputes between customers and businesses, reviews victim complaints to determine whether issues are civil or criminal, or whether the complaint should be referred to law enforcement.

The Bad Check Program is a service provided to victims who have received a nonsufficient fund or account closed check.
