We have experienced Workers' Compensation, criminal, and automobile insurance defense investigators with a full range of specialized equipment. Our investigators have thousands of hours of surveillance experience and statements can be taken in both English and Spanish. Our usual rate is $75.00 per hour and .65 cents a mile, plus expenses.

We provide competitive service from Oxnard to Paso Robles, with one way billing for mileage outside of the local area.

1. Has testified in major criminal trials in State and Federal Court and traveled to Mexico on numerous cases. Is considered to have outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish.
2. Experienced capital defense investigator, assisted in selecting jury, preparing penalty phase/fact phase reports and trial support.
3. Interviewed witnesses on a variety of criminal charges; organized crime, drug trafficking, murder, rape, burglary, child molest, assault, fraud, and provided complete investigative reports.
4. Skilled criminal defense, insurance defense, plaintiff and family law investigator.
5. Expert in surveillance techniques and AOE/COE investigations. Extensive experience dealing with automobile insurance fraud investigations.
6. Extensive knowledge in computer data base information as well as hands-on public record searches.
7. Provided full accident evaluations and investigative services to include photographing accident scenes and obtaining complete statements.
